I have, or should I say my daughter has an Acer Laptop that I would like to
totally wipe clean all the way back to the factory settings, and i'm willing
to lose all files as well because she has been downloaded all types of
nonsense, and now the computer is loaded with junk from everywhere. Is this
possible?

If you made made a backup off your installation then is is very easy.
The way to do it is described in the manualand/or HELP files of your Acer.

Of course it is possible. All OEM machines that come with a Microsoft
operating system preinstalled legally must give you a way to return the
machine to factory condition. They can do this with a hidden restore
partition on the hard drive, by providing physical Restore Disks, or by
providing an actual operating system disk. Refer to the Acer manual for
how to restore your daughter's machine to factory condition. If you
don't have the manual, go to Acer's tech support website or call Acer
tech support for guidance.
