Speech Recognizer not available.. - In my vista installation I could load Speech Recognizer. I also cannot enable text-to-speech feature. I've installed vista on a partition. My original OS is XP Home and speech recognition works fine in xp. Not sure why it's not enabled in vista.......

Uninstall Speech Recognition - I would like to uninstall speech recognition but can not find it in add/remove software int he control panel. Can anyone help? It always slows down my computer on start-up and as I can type I have no use for it.
