Post subject: ATI Mobility Radeon 7500: Blue Screen on Dual boot on Fast User Switch
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>hardware_devices (more info?)

I'm running x86 RC2 build 5744 on my IBM T42 ThinkPad. I have a dual monitor
with the laptop monitor and a monitor on the docking station. When I do fast
user switching to another user, the laptop blue screens with an error in
ATI2DVAG.DLL of 0x00000050. The driver for ATI is version 6.14.10.6546 dated
5/25/2005. If I turn off the secondary monitor of the docking station, I can
fast user switch with no problem.

I understand there is a later driver at the ATI site for Vista. Will look
into that.
